Each session is 6-weeks long. This class is designed to introduce students ages 6- 10 to the process of acting. As students advance in acting skills, they learn to take risks, to work comfortably within a group, to concentrate, and to think on their feet. They develop skills of self-expression and awareness. What you need to know: This introduction to acting and theater techniques includes character and scene improvisation, movement, and speech.

 
Juniors and Teen Classes

Each session is 6-weeks long. This class builds acting skills through fast-moving, fun and challenging theatre games. Students will participate in creative movement, mime and exercises that emphasize teamwork. Juniors' Acting focuses on nurturing the unique abilities of each student while developing the collaborative skills actors need to work successfully in the theatre ... all in the spirit of having a great time. What you need to know: This introduction to acting and theater techniques includes character and scene improvisation, movement, and

speech.

 
Adult Classes

Introduction to Acting
Saturdays: 1:30 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.

Fall session I: Sept. 15 – Oct. 20

Session II: Oct. 27 – Dec. 8 (No class on Nov.24)

Age range: 18 and up

Class fee: $100 (Per Session)
